'Total Cost of Ownership' Example Output

Below is a simple example of the a 'Total Cost of Ownership' output that can be created, once the input parameters have been entered.  It compares the total cost of ownership between one company and another.  For example, it could compare the TCO between one of your products and your competitor's.  The actual output created would normally include the prodcut names etc., with links to the input parameters (e.g. servicing costs used, training etc. as required by the client).

Graphs of different types can be created, such as pie charts etc. too.  For more information, follow one of the links above.

Printing / Sending results to client

You can also either output the results to PDF, print out or email to the client, depending on your requirements and system configuration.

Changing the output dynamically

On the graphs, for example, it is possible to allow the client to change certain data, and for new comparison results to be automatically be displayed in the graphs, or, for example, for the system to 'play' a set of scenarios at, say 10 second intervals, thus showing the total cost of ownership over, for example, varying time intervals.
