Server Maintenance
ADEW find it more cost effective to host using other companies servers, so do not have any of their own servers.
However, ADEW have helped to support ActiveBrand's web servers for the past 4+ years, so have considerable experience in maintaining Windows based servers, configuring web server applications (IIS), DNS configurations, Domain Management, email server etc.
This experience has provided considerable knowledge in managing the technical side of web sites, and understanding of server loads etc.
By using other companies to host sites, when ADEW are on holiday, other people can be on hand to assist in support of the server, thus ensuring minimal site down time.
