Fixed Price Quotations
Whilst no-one wishes to be buried in paper work, ADEW believe it is important to be clear on what work is going to be done, by whom, and for how much. In this way, clients know what they getting, and know they won't get unexpected invoices.
ADEW therefore do all work under fixed price quotations (unless the client wishes to pay-per-hour or per-per-day). A fixed price quotation will scope out a defined piece of work, detailing what functionality will be included, what technologies will be used and who will be responsible for which pieces of work.
Only when the client has agreed to the work in writing (email is acceptable) and signed a contract will the work start, and you will only get invoices for work that you have agreed to in writing. If the specification of the project changes after agreeing to the quote, either the existing quote will be modified, or a new quote / sub quote will be issued.
Quotation Procedure
To produce a Quote, ADEW normally gather your requirements, analyse them, and put together a fixed price quote detailing what will be done and for how much.
All prices exclude VAT, which is charged at the prevailing rate to all work.
Sample Quote
ADEW have a quotation template, see link below. ADEW are prepared to negotiate terms if the ones outlined in this document are not suitable for your project.
