Project Management

This page covers two topics - ADEW managing their own work, and ADEW managing projects as a whole.  The latter is provided, if required, by the client.

ADEW managing their own work

As ADEW tend to have several projects running concurrently, ADEW believe it is vital to manage their time carefully, so deadlines are met without last minutes panics. ADEW have a good track record of delivering goods to agreed time plans, and have no wish for this to change.

ADEW use 'A-Plan' Project Management software (similar to Microsoft Project) to manage projects using Gnat charts.  These are used to break projects down into manageable& achievable tasks / milestones.  These milestones can be discussed with & provided to the client where necessary.

ADEW have a comprehensive day-to-day time management strategy in place too, so that concurrent work can be completed swiftly.

Other Project Management

On larger projects, where there are several people / companies involved, it is usually desirable to have one project manager who co-ordinates the more critical communications for the project, manages progress, chases people for completion etc.

If required, ADEW can act in this capacity either informally or formally, by agreement before hand.

However, ADEW equally realise that some clients already have this in place, and ADEW are happy to work with your project managers to effect a project's completion.
