Whilst ADEW do not directly employ people, they are always on the look out for additional freelance consultants, developers and designers. These requirements are detailed below.

Overview
ADEW are only looking for freelance people. Freelance does not mean fixed length contractors - ADEW are looking for committed people who can do anything from 1 day work, sometimes at short notice.

By working freelance for ADEW, you would be a good communicator both in writing, on the phone and face to face, be reliable, turn up to meetings on time, be professional in all aspects of your work, be smartly dressed (i.e. a suit) at customer meetings, be customer focused, be prepared and able to work to fixed quotes and deadlines. And, above all, fully able to do the work you say you can.

In addition, you will already have your own professional indemnity / public liability insurance to cover work give n to you. ADEW may request to see these documents.

You will located in the UK, ideally in the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex area, and able to work from your own home or office using your own equipment.

Experience
ADEW are only looking for experience developers, with similar skills to ADEW as detailed on this web site.  A minimum of 3 years experience is required.
